The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) will conduct interviews for the Indian Economic Service (IES) and Indian Statistical Service (ISS) 2020 examinations from July 19. Candidates who have passed the Preliminary and Main Examinations are eligible for the interview round. The personality test or interview was originally scheduled for April 19, but was postponed until the first day due to the epidemic.
Candidate interview e-summons letters or ad online admission card will be made available soon and can be downloaded from the official website of the Commission. The official notice said any request to change the date and time of the interview would not be entertained. The schedule has already been uploaded on the website along with the roll number of the students and given the date, time.
The official notice further read, “Now after reviewing the situation, the Commission has decided to resume the Indian Economic Service Examination, 2020 and the Indian Statistical Service Examination, 2020 Personality Test, 19.07.2021.”
Meanwhile, UPSC will conduct an interview round in August for UPSC CSE 2020 Men’s Qualified Candidates. The exam was earlier scheduled for April, but was postponed due to an epidemic. “After reviewing the situation, the commission has decided to start the Personal Test of the Civil Services Examination, August 2, 2020,” the UPSC said in an official statement.
